LLC, 23 Alma Road, continued from <br /> August 2000. Tom Bunker and Bob Gray were present. This is for five <br /> bedrooms. There is a minor revision in the limit ofwork. The house and <br /> septic are outside the 100'. The septic is more than 100' from any wetland. It <br /> is ' from the top of the bank to the limit of work. Leaching is 109'. The <br /> only thing actually close to the wetland resource is the gravel driveway <br /> coning in. Two lots are combined into one. There is a 50'.-buffer around the <br /> small wetland. Reference to the vera l pool has been taken off the plan. <br /> Public comment: Gertrude Boyd stated it was her understanding New <br /> Seabury owned part of the street. The Chair stated the project before the- <br /> Commission has nothing to do with the street. Ms Boyd asked how many <br /> homes will be built? Mr. Gray stated they only have proposals for two. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close and issue. Unanimous vote. <br /> F+AR.ING CLOSED. <br /> 8:2 MAURICE CLARE III, 14 Broomstick Way, continued from' 20 July <br /> 2000. Wayne Tavares was present. All aspects of the plan have been agreed <br /> upon. Everything is above the work limit. It was continued because the plan <br /> was not in five days prior to the hearing. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close and issue. Unanimous Note. <br /> HEARING CLOSED. <br /> 8:2 MERRILEE JULLkNO, 140 Timberlane Dr., continued from 3 August <br /> 2000. Tom. Bunker was present. Revised plan was reviewed. This was <br /> continued regarding structural integrity. It is a second floor on top of the <br /> existing house. It stops 12' short of going to the end of the house. The <br /> architect talked with Russ wheeler of the Building Dept. and he is satisfied <br /> contingent upon full structural plans. Everything is landward of the top of <br /> the bank.
