t <br /> a <br /> Town o Mashpee <br /> 3 <br /> ' 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> ' ;. ....�... � <br /> Mashpee,Massachusetts 02649 <br /> Utzc <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 131, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town fall n <br /> 17 August 2000 at 7:05 p.m. on the application of Brian Howes for 122 linear feet pier <br /> ramp, float and pilings, access path and mitigation plantings in land under the ocean, a <br /> salt marsh, coastal bank, on land subject to coastal storm flowage and within 100 feet of a <br /> coastal bank at 70, 72 and 74 Sum mersea'Road, Assessors Map 105, Blocks 3+7, 38 and <br /> 3 . <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hogs of 8:30 and , Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at � <br /> least five (5) days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the wetlands Protection Act.
