+ ` Town Mashpe' e <br /> V! <br /> ' <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> ' ...i....w.{• � <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations concer ng wetlands, and Chapter 131, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Mall on <br /> 31 August 2000 at 7:45 p.m. on the application of Chilton Development Inc. for the <br /> demolition of an existing dwelling, construction of a new 4 bedroom dwelling it septic <br /> system, pool, drive, utilities and associated landscaping and site work at 132 Waterway, <br /> Assessors-Map 105, Bloch 233. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> a <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the lours o :3 o and :3 0, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including slate, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod 'Times. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> .Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
