Clarke Hill for a proposed <br /> revetment repair at 50 Popponesst Island load, Assessors-Map 106, Block 2 . <br /> fn accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Cox lssion. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office ofthe Mas pee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 8;30 and 3:30, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date,-time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Ma hpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Fall not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
