Bell to construct and <br /> maintain a walkway, pier, ramp and float along the shore of Popponesset Creep at 45 <br /> Poppoeet Island Road, Assessors Map 106, Block 14, Lot 284. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intentrid plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the wetlands Protection Act.
