For jurisdiction under chapter 172, the provisions of 310 CMR 10.58 (6), a, b, d, e, f, g' ' <br /> and h do not apply; these activities are not grandfathered or exempted. <br /> 2. Notwithstanding the provisions of 31 o CMR 10.58 (4) {d} 4, a minimum 100 foot wide <br /> Inner riparian area of undisturbed vegetation must be provided for structures and/ <br /> or alterations for any commercial purpose or use. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and se onded to implement the changes to the Regulation 33, a <br /> read. So far they have treated one-half billion gallons <br /> of water. They estimate there is 20 lbs. of EDB in the plume and so for they have taken <br /> out over 6 pounds of that. The estimated span of the clean-up is seven years. <br /> To a question of when.funds would be received, Mr. Minior stated that will be done by <br /> electronic transfer, no later than.l November 8. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg asked if work can be done at that point and would that inhibit activities? <br /> Mr. Sherman it is difficult to have Ms Fantoz i start viithout a deposit to pay her bills. Mr. Minior stated they run the analysis and these are the numbers that <br /> come lack, then they run it through a duality control process and the laboratory signs <br /> off that everything was appropriate that day and all the canalses. ere valid.
