19 October 2000 <br /> Page i . <br /> Thomas O'Neill advised he designed the house and is the general contractor for <br /> reconstruction of the home. The original plan before the Commission was to demolish <br /> the home. The property owner, John Wilson, was approached by Mr. Smith to move the <br /> home. Mr. O'Neill stated he did not want to be involved wit.h this and would start the <br /> project when he completed the move. This happened two weeks ago. He assured the <br /> Commission that everything promised by himself to the Commission would be delivered. <br /> He spoke to the Building Inspector and the house will be demolished. Mr. Smith was seat <br /> a certified letter asking that Mr. Hayden not return to the property or Mr. O'Neill would <br /> take further action. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the proposal was to consider revoking the permit. He is willing to <br /> make a recommendation. <br /> Mr. Johansen expressed concern with the trees cut down. Mr. Sherman stated they are <br /> part of the original septic layout. He wanted to rake sure Mr. Smith is not part of the <br /> project anymore. <br /> Mr. Wilson advised he was going to give Tara Smith the house but has been fold not to <br /> go onto the property again. <br /> Public comment: Jim Hanks, Secretary/Treasurer of Monomo coy Trust, stated Mr. Wilson <br /> should .not be penalized, action should be taken to punish Mr. Smith to try to convince <br /> him to stop. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the most the Commission could do would be to fine hire $50. He <br /> recommended allowing Mr. O'Neill to proceed and to not revoke the permit. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded not to revoke the permit for SE 43-1887. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> i ■■■i■!■■■■■■■■!i■i i i r■i■■■■■■■■■■■■i i■■■■■■■■■■■■i■■■■i■■■■■■■■■■■■i r r i■1 <br /> Administrative Review: <br /> SE 3-1749, Amy Brown Road: To expand an addition by V within the work limit and <br /> adding a third bay to the garage which is out of the Commission's jurisdiction. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to approve the request. Unanimous Vote. <br /> SE X43-1891: To downsize a house from 38.3' to' ' within the work limit. <br /> TE: Motion made and seconded to approve the request. Unanimous Vote. <br /> P pp n ss t Beach.Assoc.: They are mowing along Shore Drive. Mr. Sherman advised <br /> he wrote up a Memorandum of Understanding, which he read to the Commission. If it <br /> was a public road, it would be done without a permit. He will get this signed by the <br /> Board of the Association. The Commission agreed and signed off. <br /> Dave Sharpe: Ms Boretos advised she took a ride with the Chairman to look at two <br /> locations, A selected area to be named Santuit Pond David Sharpe Conservation Area. <br /> sign will be researched. <br /> i <br />
