Unanimous Vote. <br /> Natural Resource Committee: Diane Boretos has been attending these meetings. In order for her <br /> to vote, a letter must be seat replacing him with her on the Committee. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to do so. Unanimous Vote. <br /> Hessler: Certificates of Compliance requested for the dock and house at 51 Popponest Island <br /> Road. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to issue as requested. Unanimous Note. <br /> MMR fleeting: Ms B retos asked the Commission to vote to support pursuing the fish <br /> sampling. AFEE is not required to do this through EPA.. Steve Hurler does not want to do <br /> this. She felt there should be fresh water sampling at the sante time downstream in the river. <br /> She asked the Commission for a clear mandate. There is not a lot of information on-EDB. The <br /> fish at. uashnet have only been sampled once. <br /> Mr. Johansen stated he had conversations with Steve Hurley who is not in favor of this. He <br /> would have to go along with his opinion. <br /> The Commission concurred a monitoring well was called for. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to support the fish sampling and send a letter. <br /> John Johansen abstained.
