He recommended still abandoning <br /> K1. It is a slight loss of acreage. K1 is a spawning area but K5 could be <br /> thought about. St ve Hurley would lite to abandon it. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg erg stated if the Commission makes any move to abandon it, they <br /> would limit the ability. with negotiations because there is never going to be <br /> cranberry production. He suggested not taking any action on K1 but not do <br /> any work in there. Mr. Sherman stated K 1 is not as productive as it used to <br /> be. They want to shade that southern portion by planting some trees. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg suggested coming up with a plan to send to the military that we <br /> would life to rake them Friable for fish protection. The <br /> Amended order has not been finished yet because there are still issues- dealing <br /> with relocating trout. <br /> VOTE: Motion rade and seconded to include loth the conditions in the order <br /> and require that they request ars extension within six months of the <br /> expiration slate of the order.
