Town Mashpee <br /> ` 4 <br /> 16 GreatNeck Road North <br /> Mashpee,Massachusetts 02649 <br /> In_accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 13 1, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laves, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Hail on <br /> 16 November 2000at 7:25 .rn. on the application of Joseph Lyons for a proposed <br /> dwelling addition with garage and storage beneath at 122 Wippoorvvill Circle, Assessors <br /> Map 125, Block 148, Lot 169. <br /> In accordance vith the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> mons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission between the hours of.8:30 and 330., Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including slate, time and place will he published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight 4 hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
