MASHPEE CONSERVATION COMMISI N <br /> Minutes of 30 November 2000 <br /> Commissioners. present: John Fitzsimmons, John Johansen, <br /> Michael Talbot, Robert Shea, Carol <br /> Mr . <br /> The Chair called the meeting to order at 6:55 p.m. with a quorum present. <br /> 6:55 PUBLICCOMMENT: None. <br /> 7:00 DONALD F. LUNNY, Calico Real Estate, 81 Nick 'Trail, continued from '16 <br /> November- 2000. John Sla ins y presented abutter notification receipts. This was <br /> continued because of the -zone. They submitted talcs and revised plan shoving the <br /> adjusted V-zone. The new dwelling will be built in the same footprint. The deck, which <br /> is closest to the resource, will stay where it is. The advantage is the two existing <br /> cesspools that are 30' from the dune will be removed. There is no increase in <br /> bedrooms. The cantilever counts as lot coverage. They are on the agenda ofthe 1 <br /> with Board of Appeals. They have received approval of Board of Health. <br /> Public comment:nt: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close and issue. Unanimous Vote. <br /> HEARING CLOSED. <br /> 7:05 D VEY TREE EXPERT COMPANY for a Determination of Applicability on <br /> maintenance pruning of pine trees at 21 Squaw's bane. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised this- is two straight rows of pine. The application slid not give <br /> details and the drawing is not adequate. The sketch received today did not show the <br /> resource area. The hearing should be continued. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> NOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the.hearing to <br /> 14 December 2000 with the assent ofthe applicant, if <br /> not received it will be a positive determination. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> NEGATIVE PENDING. <br /> 7:10 TRICO BUILDERS INC. to amend the Order of Conditions for S -1844 to <br /> construct a lower level deck, construct and maintain a stone landscape retaining wall <br /> and to reconfigure the proposed driveway at 160 Algonquin Avenue. Tirn'Santos of <br /> Holmes & McGrath was present. The plan was previously before the Commission for <br /> construction of the house back in October. They will construct the lower deck under the <br /> upper deck. Retaining galls proposed are 4-5' from the existing limit of work to <br /> minimize erosion. They will landscape between the wall and limit of work with <br /> blueberries. They hope to change the pitch ofthe driveway Back to the roach. <br />
