Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 131, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General s,'a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> 14 December 2000 at 5:15 p.m. for Chilton Development Inc. to amend the Order of <br /> Conditions for S -1982 to permit plan revisions at 132 Waterway, Assessors Map <br /> 105, Block 233. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans ort file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. , <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies ofthe Notice of Intent may r be examined at the office the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 5:30 and 3:30, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: 'Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five 5 days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Ton Hall not less than.forty--eight 4 hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the wetlands Protection Act.
