Title v septic system and utility services at 47 <br /> Cove Road, Assessors Map 5, Block 1. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours o f 8:30 and 3:30, Monday through Friday. <br /> DOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including slate, time and place, will be published at <br /> least Five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Tines. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the wetlands Protection Act.
