Town of Mashpee <br /> 6 Great]Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts is 02649 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 1 72# Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 13 1, Section 4 , <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> 4.January 2001 at 7:20 p.m. on the request of Prune Homes, Inc. toamend .the Order of <br /> Conditions for SE 43-1691 to include approximately 40 square feet of grass and assorted <br /> shrubs at 891 a dowbr 1 Road, Assessors Map 108, Block 109. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of8:30 and 3:30, Monday through Fda . <br /> NOTE: Notice ofthe public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Tines.
