NIC LS for a Determination of Applicability on <br /> the proposed upgrade of a failed septic system; a retaining wall t <br /> contain fill; and revgetation of disturbed areas at 58 Cayuga Avenue. <br /> Melissa Freidman represented Ms Nicholls. She advised all components <br /> will be outside the loo'. There is presently a cesspool on the property. <br /> IVIS Boretos asked the height of the wall. It was not known. She <br /> recommended negative 3. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> NO'T'E: Motion made and seconded to find negative pending the <br /> Building Inspector's approval of the . all. IDV NI, TR, for a Determination of applicability on <br /> a 22' x 19'6' garage on slab at 43Janes circle. <br /> WITHDRAWN <br /> 7:15 JOHN N to amend the Order of Conditions for SE 43-1622 <br /> for landscaping and vista pruning at 55 BayshoreDrive. Mary Leblanc <br /> presenting. one change is a small driveway the owners are requesting to <br /> make circular. <br /> Mr. Sherman had no concerns for the landscaping as long as species are <br /> not invasive. The lawn is subject to specific conditions. <br /> Ms Leblanc stated there are berms shown on the plan. Also, there is a <br /> step-clown under the deck to get to the basement. Haybalcs have been <br /> redeployed. <br />
