Ione. <br /> VOTE: lotion made and seconded to find negative. Unanimous Note. <br /> NEGATIVE DETERMINATION. <br /> 7:25 WILLIAM M RTI GS for a Determination of Applicability on the <br /> removal of trees and planting of shrubs at 49 and 53 C,ranberrr Avenue. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated he nearer had the meeting with Mr. Talbot at the site. <br /> He recommended closing upon he and Mr. Talbot getting out there next <br /> week to determine the trees to be cut out of the five. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find negative pending the site <br /> visit. Unanimous Note. <br /> NEGATIVE DETERMINATION. <br /> 7:30 PRIME HOMES, INC., 89 Meadowbrook Road, continued from <br /> January 2001. Ken Marsters was Present. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated there was originally a filing for a lam but it was put <br /> in ahead of time. The size fits the Commission's policy but the depth of <br /> the loam was not checked because the ground was frozen. If the Proper <br /> seed was used, it is appropriate. It can be approved as soon as the loam <br /> depth is determined. Cape 8& Islands determined 440 s.f. needs to be <br /> revegetated that is not part of this lawn request. He recommended a vote <br /> to amend the order and issue a partial Certificate of Compliance with <br /> language agreed upon. Plantings to be done by a time certain. The <br /> Amended order to be held open until the depth ofloam can be verified. <br /> Mr. Marsters advised he will require the bank to hold back $1000 from <br /> the closing. <br />
