18 January 2001 'age 12. Popponesset Spit: Mr. Sherman advised Norman Hayes has requested in a letter to assist in writing the order of Conditions for the Spit dredging. He stated that would be setting a precedent. He suggested to Mr. Hayes that, as the Commission has done in the past, we could issue and if they choose to not record the Order, they can ask to reopen the hearing and renotify and rea lvertise. The Commission agreed.. TE: Motion made and seconded that if they do not life any portion o The Order of Conditions, they can refuse to record the order, Request to amend it or appeal.
