Town of Mashpee <br /> L i - Y <br /> i rt ,i <br /> � + <br /> .f 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> : <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Torn of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations conceming wetlands, and Chapter 13 1, Section 40,. <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public,hearing will he held at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> 18 January. 2001 at 7:50 p.m. on the application of Leonard Florence to reconstruct <br /> approximately 300 linear feet ofexisting licensed n'pr p, to construct timber access stairs <br /> down the upper portion ofthe bank and incorporate stone steps within the reconstructed <br /> riprap, perform beach nourishment and to plant disturbed portions of the bank above the <br /> riprap at 78 Triton Way, Assessors Map 132, Block 3,-Map 127, Bloch 99 and Map 132, <br /> Block 1 B. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file.with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John.J. Fitsir=ons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the 'Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 8:30 and 3:30, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including slate, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five clays in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Haltnot less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application Pr the wetlands Protection Act.
