Mashpee,Massachusetts 02649 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 1 2, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 131, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laves, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> 15 February 2001 at 7-25 p.m. on the application of Roderick St. Pierre to construct a <br /> single family dwelling, septic system and driveway within land Subject to Coastal Storm <br /> Flowage and buffer zone to B VW of a salt marsh at 261, 265 and 269 Monon o coy <br /> Road, Assessors Map 120, Parcels 40, 41 and 42. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J.
