Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may he examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 8:30 and 3:30, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will he published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Tines. Notice will <br /> also he posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the wetlands Protection Act.
