Concerns - Dock Repair at 86 Popponesset Island Road. <br /> Mr. Sherman reported this to be an RDA for a dock for <br /> reconstruction. There was a Chapter 9.3- license. The proposed <br /> work was for decking. The RDA requires notification -to the <br /> Conservation Department for consultation prior to commencement of <br /> the work. There was no notification, the work was completed, the <br /> debris from the old decking was discarded in the woods area, and <br /> a path was made through the dune grass. <br /> Also, the float is now located on the inside piles, it is <br /> suppose to be on the outsifde, As a result, the float i <br /> bottoming out with every ,tide. <br /> . Sherman stated this situation should not be allowed as <br /> it is intolerable, and the owners should be notified. <br /> The vice Chairman suggested notifying owners by letter that <br /> the dock, as repaired. must conform to the original g Plan approved. <br /> by the Conservation Commission and DEP. And that all materials <br /> i <br /> must be removed. <br /> Mr. Sherman suggested a walk waybe built over <br /> the dune, <br /> MOTION:I Michael Talbot made a Motion authorizing the <br /> Conservation Agent to inform Applicant by letter that unless <br /> proper notification is made to the Conservation Department <br /> regarding any (proposed) construction/reconstruction in this, <br /> matter, an Enforcement order will be issued; which Motion was <br /> seconded by Ralph Shaw and so voted unanimously. <br /> 20 Stephen/Kevin Daley for- Determination of Applicability <br /> for the installation of a Title v Septic System and water service <br /> t 10 Kittle Neck Dane, Assessors Map 105, Block 3 . <br /> The Nice Chairman recognized John Slavinsky, Cape Islands <br /> Engineering, representing the Applicant . <br /> References were being made to "Revised Plan Proposed Sewage <br /> Disposal System, dated June 4. 2001, Plan No. 0604-01" . <br /> Mr. Slavinsky stated the existing septic system is located <br /> on, a waterfront prol5erty and is in need of repair. It has been <br /> moved fifty feet from the top of the bank; there will be no tree <br /> removal; have obtained Board of Health approval; and is located <br /> within .the existing paved driveway. <br /> Applicant would like to replace the driveway upon <br /> completion. A pipe will be inserted into the existing tank and <br /> filled with concrete. A new tank will be installed which <br /> �8_ <br />
