' Chilton Projects - Diane Boretos reported upon a call <br /> received from a resident of waterway Drive informing her that <br /> trees were being cut, a bulldozer was excavating .the lot, and <br /> there were no visible signs posted. <br /> Upon investigation she. found there were no DEP signs, the <br /> silt fence was compromised, there was no order of Conditions at <br /> either site ##1 and ##x 32 , here was no Plan of Record for <br /> verification, a tree stump had been removed and deposited outside <br /> of the work limit line. <br /> Ms. Boretos noted these .issues to be commonplace for Chilton <br /> Development, commenting on the amount of staff time required t <br /> follow-up in what could be considered to be semi-supervision of <br /> their projects . she expressed concerns that this type of <br /> behavior is disrespectful to Conservation Staff . <br /> Nis. Boretos proposed the Commission notify ter. Burns in <br /> writing that if these kinds f situations continue to occur at <br /> the construction sites, the Conservation Commission will consider <br /> issuing fines . <br /> MOTION: Michael Talbot made a motion approving written <br /> notification to Mr. Burns of Conservation commission <br /> consideration to impose fines should his construction sites <br /> continue to be in violation of orders of Condition; which Motion <br /> was seconded by Carole Moore and so voted unanimously. <br /> -1 - <br /> i <br />
