Conservation Agent researched vehicle possibilities at great <br /> length. Both the Conservation and ASST Cant Agents have agreed <br /> on the Honda <br /> The Commission expressed their consent for recommendation to <br /> the Board of Selectmen. <br /> 16 . Half-Tide Marina - Diane Boretos reported Board of <br /> Appeals has Denied the proposed project due to parking issues . <br /> The Conservation Commission had voted to approve, pending the <br /> Board of Appeals approval . <br /> Applicant constructed a deck, repaired the bulkhead an <br /> added a structure to the deck, all without benefit of <br /> Conservation Commission filing. An Enforcement Letter has been <br /> issued., the Building Department has issued a Stop Work order. <br /> Applicant has made a request for a citable waste temporary trailer <br /> � <br /> site for the sunner` months . <br /> Ms . Boretos reported said Enforcement Letter required the <br /> filing of a Notice of Intent for illegal work by January 22nd, <br /> which date has been extended twice; to date the Notice has not <br /> been filed. <br /> Ms . Boretos asked for direction from the Commission' <br /> regarding the Notice of latent which has not been filed; she <br /> recommended an RDA be filed with regard to the proposed trailer,. <br /> the plan for which would indicate pumping frequency, the <br /> location, and emergency removal plan in the event of storm. <br /> MOTION: Michael Talbot made a motion that RDA be <br /> required with reference to installation of a temporary trailer <br /> located ' at Half-Tide marina, subject to removal during a storm <br /> event and between Columbus Day and Memorial Darr; which motion was <br /> seconded. by Ralph Shaw. <br /> Motion was not Noted-, the matter was discussed further. <br /> Mr. Sherman suggested a joint site-visit with Russ wheeler <br /> at which time the status of all existing permits and projects <br /> permitted within the past five years could be determined. <br /> With reference to failure to file Notice of Intent, lir. <br /> Sherman suggested Applicant �be notified bar certified mail <br /> informing them of their failure to comply with Enforcement <br /> Letter; failure to d s by (date certain) will result in <br /> litigation by Town Counsel; to which the commission agreed. <br /> 17-A Draft Conservation Lands Rules/Regulations ch. 173) ; <br /> 17-IB New Problems with ATV trails on Conservation ion Lands . <br /> Ms . Boretos asked for feedback regarding Land Rules, to be <br /> -12- <br />
