Town Mashpee <br /> 16 Great week Road North <br /> APL' .-E Mash , Massachusetts 02649 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 1721, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 13 1, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Mall on <br /> June 21, 2001 at +7:00 p.m. on the application of Lawrence Werrick for mitigation <br /> plantings including monitoring and maintenance to compensate for after the fact removal <br /> of vegetation at 10 Wheelhouse Lane, Assessors Map 120, Block 156. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans.on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> C nuni sion. <br /> John J. Fitzsinunons <br /> C i <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission between the hours of 830 and 3:30, Monday through friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Mate not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
