Town Mashpee <br /> •p <br /> t <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> ' <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> 0 LIE <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 13 1, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing wiH be held at the Ma hpee Town' Half on <br /> 21 June 2001 at 7:50 p.m. on the application of Cape Southport Association LLC for <br /> proposed construction of three golf holes in previously disturbed 100 ft. wetland buffer <br /> zones of Southport Golf Course, Old Barnstable Road, Assessors Map 65, Block . <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chano mm' <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the 1 ashpe Cor ser ation. <br /> Conunission between the hours of 8:30 and 1.30, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE:; Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five 5 days in advance in the Ilashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod {Times. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight hogs in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more inforrrlation about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
