r, Town of Mashpee Conservation Commission Minutes of Meeting June 21, 2001 The Ton of Mashpee Conservation Commission meeting was called to order in Conference Room #3., Mashpee gown Hall, 1 Great Neck Road North, Ma , Massachusetts at p .m. on Thursday, June 21, /�1 1 i The Vice Chairman, Elliot Rosenberg, presided. Commissioners present : Carole Moore; Elliot Rosenberg, vice Chairman- Ralph Shaw; and Michael Talbot . Also present : Robert Sherman, Conservation gent; and Diane Boretos, Assistant Conservation Agent . The vice Chairman declared a quorum to be present- and called the meeting to order. As the first order of business he addressed; Public Comment The vice Chairman determined there was no public comment. Non- earring Agenda Old Business 1 . Enforcement Order, . 4 Little Neck Lane, Jason Store, Builder. Mr. Sherman reported the revegetation on this property has not been completed due to financial constraints . Conservation agreed to issue a COC requiring the revegetation to be completed by a date certain and according to an approved plan. The Builder has not complied with these arrangements and failed to show up this date for anon-site with the Conservatidn Agent. Revegetation was to have been done up to the wall with low bush blueberry; bayberry was planted in its stead (which doe' not provide enough density/height) . Limited vista pruning had been permitted under RDA; however Nor. Sherman found that all the slash had been thrown on the bank, 1r. Sherman requested ars Enforcement order be issued. MOTI Ralph Shaw made a lotion to issue an Enforcement Order for 44 Lithe Neck Lane; which lotion was seconded b Carole Moore and so voted unanimously. 2 . Enforcement Order, Surf Drive, Gardner. Mr. Sherman reported the owner had constructed a deck, most of which Conservation asked him to remove as he had done the work after expiration of the permit *
