Violation-Dock at 43 Little Neck Dane - Mr. Sherman <br /> explained this to be a case of Applicant not reading the permit . <br /> maintenance Permit had been issued for a dock at 43 Little Neck <br /> Lane . Upon inspection of the site Mr. Sherman found there was <br /> reconstruction of the dock in progress with no visible permit . <br /> Upon verification with Conservation Staff it was determined that <br /> there is a valid Chapter 91 Permit with maintenance and a <br /> Maintenance Clause with the Conservation Commission which <br /> requires pre-notice, a meeting to discuss construction details, <br /> which Applicant failed to d . also, the Maintenance Clause <br /> mandates that any reconstruction efforts are to include a raising <br /> of the level of the dock in order to alloy for an increase in <br /> light penetration. <br /> Mr. Sherman expressed his c nce n that very often after a <br /> permit has been issued, the conditions therein are disregarded. <br /> M.r.
