Thomas Ferrante to replace existing steps <br /> on n inland bank at 71 Tiberlane give, ,assessors Map 22, Block 2 , <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Cornrnission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be e am ed at the office of the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission between the hours of 8:30 and 330, Monda through Friday, <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Tiumes.
