Sherman suggested the natter be continued for two weeks, <br /> and advised Applicant to make proper notification to Mr. Cordair. <br /> There being no Commission or public input, the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Robert Shea made a Motion to continue the matter, <br /> at Applicant ' s request, to March 29, 2001 at 7 : 15 p.m. ; which <br /> Motion was seconded by Cartrol Moore and so voted unanimously. <br /> 7 : 10-Lancaster E Trust, 15 Aunt Jane' s Road, a continuance <br /> from March 1, 2001. oI <br /> The Chairman recognized Bob Perry, representing Lancaster <br /> Trust. <br /> Diane Boretos explained the purpose of the continuance was <br /> to provide Applicant time to properly stake the property. <br /> Mr. Perry explained the project stating a conservation <br /> restriction has been placed on the property. references were <br /> being made to the plan, with Mr. Perry stating there would be <br /> minor encroachment to the coastal. bank. Grading will be moped <br /> as close to the corner of the foundation as possible, with a <br /> screening of mitigation, conifers planted at the limited work <br /> line. <br /> Diane Boretos recommended approval . <br /> The Clerk determined the Testation of ownership is not in <br /> the file. <br /> There being no Commission or public input, the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Carol Moore made a Motion to Close and Issue, <br /> pendingreceipt of Testation of Ownership; which lotion was <br /> seconded by Robert Shea and so voted unanimously. <br /> 7 : 15-R. S t. Pierre, Monomoscoy Road, a continuance from <br /> March 1, 2001. NOI <br /> The Chairman recognized Norman Hayes, BSC Group, <br /> representing the Applicant. He stated Mr. and Mrs. St . Pierre <br /> were in attendance, as well as the design engineer. <br /> Diane Boretos reminded the Commission that Applicant has <br /> been asked to retain the services of Peter Fletcher to assist <br /> in determining the wetland delineation. A revised plan should <br /> reflect the new wetland line. <br /> Mr. Hayes stated the property has been flagged, marked and <br /> surveyed exactly as marked by Mr. Fletcher. <br /> � - <br />
