The original Order~ of Conditions contained approval for <br /> a pool; the amended order of Conditions changed the house <br /> footprint, withdrew request for the pool, asking approval for a <br /> spa in its stead, all of which was granted. <br /> Applicant is currently asking to amend the size of the <br /> patio, as well as construction of a pool and spa, which would <br /> result in an approximate increase in square footage of 260 . <br /> Presently there is a hay bale and silt fence line at the fifty <br /> foot buffer zone which would be moved ten feet closer to the top <br /> of the coastal bank as a result of construction, if approved. <br /> All impacts occurring within the forty to fifty foot zone are to <br /> be mitigated and returned to original conditions. <br /> At this point the Chairman requested the original plans be <br /> produced from the file so that comparisons of the old and newly <br /> proposed could be rade by the Commission. <br /> Diane Boretos expressed concern for the proposed slab <br /> foundation being at the 35 .4 foot mark, and the request for an <br /> -9- <br />
