OWN ti Town Mashpee 6 Great Neck Road North Mashpee, Massachusettsq 02649 In accordance with the provisions ofthe Town of Mashpee Con rvation'Bylaw, Chapter 172, Mules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 11, Section 40,, Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town lull on 15 March 2001 at 7:20 p.m. on the application of Steven Belkin for proposed addition, screen house and deck, installation of swimming pool and shallow decorative pond, removal of an existing shed, construction of a "dune- cape" of sand and native dune grasses, and to provide restorative plantings of native shrubs and grasses within 100 feet of the top of a coastal bank, removal of two floodlights on the top of the coastal bark and installation of a safety fence, and revegetation of a slumping area on the hank with native grasses,at 52 Triton Way, assessors Map 127, Block 84. In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation Commission. John J. NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including elate, time and place, will be published at least five - days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise. or Cape Cod Times. Notice will also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight hours in advance.
