Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 131, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> 15 March 2001 at 7;30 p.m. on the application of Susan Lange for a proposed single <br /> family house, deck and drywell installation within the 100' buffer to an inland bank at 7 <br /> Fickral Cove Road, Assessors Map 10, Block 12. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of latent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of latent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 8:30 and 3:30, Monday through Friday. <br /> NTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Tines. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the wetlands Protection Act.
