Fit simmo ns <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission between the hours of 8:30 and 3:30, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be pubfished at <br /> least five (5) days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Tines. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight 4 hogs in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
