RDA Ms. Boretos reported Applicant resides off Cape. The proposed project is located within one hundred feet of a one hundred year flood plain. There being no Commission or public comment, the Chairman entertained a motion. . RDA Ms . Bor'etos reported on behalf of the Conservation Agent stating the proposed dock was not in compliance with the standards (length) . Mr. Sherman recommends the issuance of the RDA for the Ch. 91 plan. Applicant has the option to return and reconfigure the dock; or submit a new application for a larger dock. John Johansen clarified the dock does not conform to Ch. 91; it is much larger in size. Ms . Boretos further clarified the previous owner had been permitted structure including a ramp between the fixed pier and float that rested on the marsh at low tide. Applicant is proposing to suspend the ramp above the marsh as shown on the plan in the interest of preserving the marsh. The Conservation Agent is recommending approval of the RDA as a Negative to allow the ramp to be lifted off the marsh without enlarging the structure beyond the scope of Chi. 91 restrictions.
