z <br /> w <br /> Town Mashpee <br /> ,r= '•tib <br /> 6 Crew Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> nis,c <br /> In accordance with-the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 1721r Mules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 131, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws', a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> September 2001 at 7:20,p.m. on the application of Paul Sugar-man to replace an existing <br /> timber wad with a concrete wall, replace plantings, and re-installation of pool patio and <br /> ornamental plantings at 83 Tide Run, Assessors Map 120, 'Block 199. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of latent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission- <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashp ee Conservation <br /> `ommisslon between the hours of 8:30 and 1:301, Monday through Friday- <br /> NOTE: <br /> rida—NOTE: . Notice of the public hearing, including slate, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will <br /> also he posted in Town Hall not less than fob-eight (48) hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the wetlands Protection Act.
