There being no further Commission or public comment, Mr. <br /> Shaw entertained a Motion. <br /> MOTION: Michael Talbot made a motion to Close and Issue <br /> pending submission and approval of a Revegetation/Removal of <br /> notweed Plan; which lotion was seconded b Carole Moore and o <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> 7 : 45 Isabel Baldauf for Determination of Applicability o <br /> proposed reconstruction of an existing timber bulkhead and timber <br /> pilings, Chapter 91 License #3470, at 21 and 23 Riverside Drive, <br /> Assessors leap 119, Block 87. <br /> Mr. Shaw recognized Megan Raymond, Ecologist, LEC <br /> Environmental, representing Applicant, who stated the location of <br /> the proposed project is next door to Little River Boatyard. <br /> All structures indicated on the Plan have Chapter 91 <br /> existing licenses . The project consists of removal of the <br /> existing timber pier and bulkhead; reconstruction within the same <br /> footprint of the pier, altering the float at the end of the pier <br /> to a fixed portion of the T. There are to be two 2 additional <br /> eight inch diameter out pilings. <br /> site visit with the Conservation Agent resulted in a few <br /> changes/suggestions. There are to be no new impacts to the salt <br /> marsh. The proposed bulkhead will not encroach any further upon <br /> existing salt marsh/lawn. A pre-construction meeting is required <br /> with the Conservation Agent and Contractor, Little liver Boatyard <br /> prior to any construction as noted on the plan) . <br /> Making reference to the western section of the existing <br /> bulkhead h. 1 license) , Ms. Raymond stated Applicant now wishes <br /> to repair this area as well . References were being made to the <br /> removal of pilings, condition of bulkhead, and ,impacts to the <br /> salt marsh. The proposed bulkhead will be located up gradient to <br /> the salt marsh line. <br /> (Ms . Raymond then provided extra copies of the revised <br /> plan. ) <br /> Mr. Sherman suggested the following language be included on <br /> the Note portion of the Plan "The purpose of the Meeting would be <br /> to locate the locus of the wall" and initialled. with that he <br /> recommended approval . <br /> There being no further Commission or public conunent, Mr. <br /> Shaw entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION;- Carole Moore made a Motion for Negative <br /> Determination; which motion was seconded by Michael Talbot and o <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> -9- <br />
