Non-Hearing- Agenda - old Business Continued <br /> . Reconsideration: Blythe Extension - Mr.. Sherman <br /> reported that he has received word from Ms . Caffn' s Attorney <br /> that she has no objection to an approval for Extension. He <br /> requested Mr. Rosenberg explain the letter received from Town <br /> Counsel and rake a recommendation to the Commission. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated Town Counsel has determined that the <br /> Commission does in fact have the power to grant an Extension. <br /> With consent of the opposing party, he suggested the Commission <br /> rant said Extension.
