He recommended reconsideration by the <br /> Commission. <br /> 7 : 05 Mark Weissman for Determination of Applicability on the <br /> replacement of an 81 101 - seasonal float with a 61 x 201 <br /> float and supporting piles at 27 Pem Lane, Assessors Map 89, <br /> Block 3 . <br /> The Chairman acknowledged that Applicant was present at the <br /> Meeting. <br /> mr. Sherman reported Applicant hada Chapter 92. permit and <br /> has improved a situation by elevating that portion of the <br /> structure that lies on the marsh. Applicant is requesting to <br /> increase the size of the float for stabilization purposes, and <br /> remains 120 square feet below standards. Conservation Con nission <br /> permit is required in order to obtain Chapter 91 changes . <br /> Mr. Sherman recommended approval for <br /> this minor chane <br /> within the standards . <br /> There <br /> b e i n no Commission or public' comment, the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: John Johansen made a motion for Negative <br /> Determination; which Motion was seconded by Michael Talbot and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> Old Business - Continued <br /> S . Mr. Sherman reported on problems with Little River Boat <br /> Yard and New seabury Marina, tying and storing customers ' floats <br /> in the water. complaints have been made by shellf fishermen who <br /> cannot get underneath them. This manner of storage is not what <br /> is permitted. <br /> Both have been informed verbally by Mr. Sherman that this <br /> manner of float storage is unacceptable; he suggested the <br /> Commission contact then by formal letter, suggesting an informal <br /> meeting in order to discuss/resolve the matter. <br /> -2- <br />
