Sherman reqs este a profile of the ditch area indreatin <br /> the elevations/berm be added to the Plan showing where the berm <br /> ends and becomes ditch, as clarification that the Regulation does <br /> not, apply. <br /> References were being made to the Plan entitled,, "Plan of <br /> uashnet Kiger Showing Inner and outer 1001 Limits Located in <br /> Mashpee, MA,, Prepared for Prime Homes, Inc. , Dated October , <br /> 2001 . 11 <br /> There being no further Commission or public consent, the <br /> Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Michael Talbot made a Motion to Close the Hearing <br /> in this matter pending receipt of a Profile showing where the <br /> ditch area meets the River, as indicated by the Conservation <br /> Agent; which Motion of seconded by Carole Moore and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> Scott Vetstein for addition to dwelling including deck, <br /> retaining walls, minor regrading and landscape improvements and <br /> optional installation/relocation of septic system at 14 Capstan <br /> Circle, Assessors Neap 111, Block fol. <br /> The Chairman recognized Michael Grotske, representing <br /> Applicant. <br /> Mr. Grotske explained the proposed' p `o ect to be an addition <br /> to the existing residence located on Poppones.set Island. H <br /> provided a architectural sketch. Applicant wishes to more the <br /> thenand t expand the l� � <br /> a i inin area; and to replace and. <br /> rebuild the deck area located at the front of the .house, <br /> Mr. Grotske indicated the proposal has been revised to <br /> eliminate retaining walls in order to preserve some trees, a <br /> suggested by the Assistant Conservation Agent. <br /> .ane Horeto reported the Board o Health has approved <br /> three bedrooms (the loft area having been eliminated) ; <br /> Applicant has agreed to mitigation planting. She recommended <br /> approval of the revised Plan dated November 29,, 2001 . <br /> The Clerk requested a DEP Number. <br /> There being no further Commission or public comment, the <br /> Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION:: Carole Moore made a Motion to Gose the Hearing i <br /> this matter subject to receipt of the DEP Number, as required by <br /> the Clerk; which Motion wa's seconded by Michael Talbot and so <br /> voted unanimously. _11- <br />
