•+ �x`17: Town Mashpee <br /> of <br /> ~ <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> OLE Mashpee, Massachusetts 06 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 1721, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 131, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Daws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> January 1, 2002 at 7:50 p.m. on the application of Harbor Ridge Realty Frust for vista <br /> pruning at 3 Harbor Ridge Drive, Assessors Map 104, Block 123. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Pitsirnrnons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission between the hours of 830 and 3:30, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE:: Notice of the public hearing, including sate, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Tres. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight' hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more inf6rmation about this application or the wetlands Protection Act.
