Pond Replication - mr. Sherman stated the proposed plan <br /> appears to be well thought out <br /> He has not yet had the <br /> opportunity to review the report prepared by Amy Ball regarding <br /> the Flexibility Clause not directly following the Replication <br /> Sequence) . <br /> With regard to DEP requirements, Mr. Horsley noted the Pond <br /> area has been removed from the "alter "� <br /> d area as identified in <br /> the proposal . DEP does not identify said area as "degraded" . <br /> Mr. Horsley noted that area of debris has been scaled down <br /> considerably as there is no impervious surface and some of the <br /> top soil remains. <br /> plan.Mr. Horsley made reference to degraded/altered areas. on the <br /> 2 . vernal Pool - Applicant volunteered to provide a letter <br /> to the Selectmen at some future date addressing the matter o <br /> Town-owned property. <br /> .
