3 <br /> Determination, pending Board of Health approval of revised plans, <br /> which motion was seconded by Ralph Shaw and so voted unanimously. <br /> New Business - Continued <br /> In order to assure a quorum at every Meeting the <br /> Commissioners agreed continue the policy of contacting the <br /> i <br /> Conservation office n the event they cannot attend a scheduled <br /> Meeting, with as ranch advance notice as possible. <br /> 7 .- 50 J hn Chilingerian for Determination of Applicability to <br /> demolish and remove dwelling and septic system and erect new <br /> dwellingand system at 77 Horseshoe Bend Wali, Assessors Neap 40, <br /> Block 8 . <br /> The Chairman recognized the Engineer representing Applicant, <br /> (name inaudible) , who explained the proposed project . Request is <br /> being made to remove the existing dwelling and replace it with a <br /> three bedroom dwelling located further away from the pond <br /> beyond the 50-foot limit and upgrade the septic system. <br /> siltation fence and hay bales have been installed to <br /> protect the pond. New England Wildflower Mix is being proposed <br /> at the footprint of the existing dwelling. The existing deck and <br /> retaining gall is to remain intact. <br /> Mr. Sherman recommended a Negative Determination. <br /> There being no Commission or public comment, the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> LOTION: John Johansen made a Motion for Negative <br /> Determination; which Notion was seconded by Ralph Shaw and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> Germaine Young, 128 Uncle Percy' s Lane, continued from <br /> January 311 2001. <br /> i <br /> Mr. Sherman explained the wetland line has been re- <br /> evaluated, he recommended approval . <br /> There being no Commission or public comment, the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> MOTI Ralph Shaw made a Notion to Close and Issue; which <br /> Motion was seconded by Carole Moore and so voted unanimously. <br /> oo Air Force Centex for Environmental Excellence to amend <br /> the order of Conditions for SE �1761, to expand activities and <br /> infrastructure relative to the superfund remediation of the FS-1 <br /> plume, at 1ashee Assessors Map 43, Block 2 - Quashnet Cranberry <br /> Bogs. <br /> -7- <br />
