Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Michael Talbot made a Motion to issue an Amended <br /> Order of Conditions, to include a Condition that no full scale <br /> pumping other than test pumping) is to occur until such time <br /> as an agreement has been reached regarding monitoring issues, <br /> recognition of thresholds and mitigation; which Motion was <br /> seconded by John Johansen and so voted. <br /> Leonard Pinaud abstaining from the vote in this matter. <br /> Dennis Sanidas to construct a garage, pool, patio, <br /> driveway, relocation of septic system, landscaping at 36 Keel <br /> Way, Assessors Map 120, Block 128. <br /> The Chairman recognized Michael trot sloe, representing <br /> Applicant, who explained the proposed project, making reference <br /> to the -Plan of Record.. <br /> The property is located on Littleneck Bay, within loo feet <br /> of a flood plain. <br /> There was some concern regarding a violation with the deck <br /> and Building Department approval thereof. There is a question <br /> of whether or not the Building Inspector will require Board of <br /> Appeals Decision, in which case the Application would be <br /> incomplete. The Conservation Agent suggested a two-week <br /> continuance. <br /> The Assistant Agent suggested approval pending the Building <br /> Inspectors signature, to which everyone agreed. However, <br /> Applicant would be required to re-file should Board of Appeals <br /> review be required by the Building Inspector. <br /> The Chairman recognized Larry Rathbone, Abutter, waterline <br /> Drive, who expressed concern regarding the location of the <br /> proposed driveway/turn around. <br /> Mr. Rathbone was referred to the Building Department, lis. <br /> Boretos explained the Conservation Commission addresses the <br /> wetland issues. <br /> There being no further Commission or public comment, the <br /> Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> .. <br /> MOTION: Ralph Shaver made a Motion ion to Close pending Building <br /> De artment approval; which Motion was seconded. by Carole Moore <br /> and so voted unanimously. <br /> 8: 10 Gerald Bern, Determination of Applicability for <br /> replacement/relocation of soniube footings at 107 Greensward <br /> Road, Assessors Map 122, Block 18 . <br /> - - <br />
