r 7;25 p.m. Jason E. Stone, 16 Waterway (demo/reconstruct single family). Nfichael Grotsly appeared on behalf of Applicant and showed Plan layout. Public Comment: Dave Mssicott viewed the layout and inquired about height of wall. He then stated step wall size was okay. Motion made; seconded; and unanimously approved to Close and Issue pending revised landscape Plan submission. 7:30 p.m. James Quigley, 384 Monomoscoy Rd. (convert garage to a barn & relocate driveway). John from Cape & Islands Engineering appeared and said basically they are converting garage to a barn. Bob Sherman commented that the lawn was not mowed and it turned into salt marsh. He showed the Commission photograph of the salt marsh. It was stipulated that the area should remain not mowed. Motion made;-seconded; and unanimously approved to Accept Amended Order as stipulated. 7:35 p.m. Timothy Leedham, 21 Frog Fond Close(Bulkhead reconstruction and installation of a new concrete ramp). Motion made; seconded; and unanimously carried to Continue to April 18 at 7:30 p.m. as requested by Applicant. 7:40 p. # Larry Awgnitti, 1 I Sand Dollar Lane(130 s.f deck addition/roof construction).. Bob advised that Diane recommends approval. John of Cape & Islands Engineering appeared. Bob Sherman commented that wetland only under by-lave. Problem: Channel has been plugged. John noted that compensatory planting would be part of their project. Further, they are going to create a grass swill which John said the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and Mashpee Planning Department call ground water purification. wring the discussion, It was decided that here be a condition that no work shall start until they have grass swill planted with approved mixture;that brush piles be removed and planted with shrubs within area of disturbance. Bob recommended approval via negative determination. Motion made; seconded; and unanimously carried for Negative Determination.
