Town Mashpee <br /> 16 Creat Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town o 'Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 1 '2, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 13 1, Section 40,, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing wiR be held at the Mashpee To n'Mall on <br /> April 4, 2002 at :20 p.m. on the application of Frederick R. & Lois Glass to construct a <br /> walkway, ramp and float at 133 Tide Run, assessors map 120 block 180. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Concession. <br /> John J. Fit sirmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Ma hp a Conservation <br /> Conunission between the hours of 830 and 3:30, Monday through Friday. <br /> DOTE: Notice of the public hearing, ixrcludin date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Ilshpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Ton lull not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information ration about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
