Town of Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> April 18, 2002 <br /> The Town of Mashpee Conservation Commission Meeting was <br /> called to order in Conference Room , Mashpee Town Hall, 16 <br /> Great Neck Road North, Mashpee, Massachusetts at 6 : 55 p.m. on <br /> Thursday, April 18, 2002 . The Chairman, John Fit sinnons, <br /> presided. <br /> Commissioners present: John Fitzsimmons, Chairman; John <br /> Johansen, Clerk; Stephanie Jones, Associate Member; Carole Moore <br /> (7 : 00 p.m. ) ; Leonard P i naud; Elliot Rosenberg, Vice e Chairm n; <br /> Ralph Shaw; and <br /> Michael Talbot. <br /> Also present: Robert Sherman, Conservation Agent; and Diane <br /> Boretos, Assistant Conservation Agent . <br /> The Chairman declared a quorum to be present and called the <br /> Meeting to order. <br /> Public omment - None. <br /> Non-Hearing Agenda - old Business <br /> 1. Interpretive Tours - Mr. Sherman reported budget cuts <br /> from $10, 000 . 00 to $7, 000 . 00 . He suggest monies be appropriated <br /> from the Conservation Fund. <br /> Diane Boretos suggested filing for a Grant, Cape Cod <br /> Pthwas Program in order to supplement the budget, which <br /> information has been made available to Renee Fudala. <br /> The Chairman requested the data indicating the number of <br /> participants in this program be made available to the Cormnission <br /> as well as to the Board of Selectmen. <br /> John Johansen suggested the possibility of accepting <br /> donations/contributions in appreciation and support of the tours. <br /> 7 : 88 Bert Biol erstaffe, 46 Cayuga Avenue, continued from <br /> March 14, 2002 . <br /> ]Mane Boretos reported the Applicant has requested a <br /> continuance to May 16, 2002, at 7 : 00 p.m. (Violation remedies) . <br /> MOTION: Michael Talbot made a Motion to continue the <br /> Nearing in this natter to May 16, 2002 at : oo p.m. as requested <br /> by theApplicant; which Motion was seconded by John Johansen and <br /> so voted unanimously. <br />
