Mr. Sherman requested a brief discussion with Michael <br /> Talbot, preliminary revegetation plan, 11 Bay Road. <br /> . lr.Shernan suggested a Policy be established regarding <br /> pool fences whereby they are not allowed in resource or wildlife <br /> habitat areas . <br /> MOTION: John Johansen rade a Motion to approve a Policy <br /> whereby pool fences are restricted from altering a resource area <br /> r interfere with wildlife habitat; and that they must be <br /> constructed within the approved work limit; which Motion was <br /> seconded by Michael Talbot and so voted unanimously. <br /> 7 : 55 Frederic and Lois Glass, 133 Tide Run, continued from <br /> April 18'. 2002 . <br /> Request having been made by the Applicant for a continuance <br /> to May 30, 2002 at 7 : OO p.m. <br /> (There was discussion as to whether or not a continuance fee <br /> should be imposed, request for continuance be denied. ) <br /> MOTION: Elliot Rosenberg made a Motion to approve <br /> Applicant ' s request to continue the Hearing in this matter to May <br /> 30, 2002 at 7: 00 p,M. ; which Motion was seconded by Carole Moore <br /> and so voted unanimously. <br /> 8 : 00 Fran La recque for Determination of Applicability to <br /> replace an old existing dock with a new dock at 8 Capstan Circle, <br /> Assessors snap 120, Block 168 . <br /> The Chairman recognized Mark Burtis, who provided a plan of <br /> the proposed project . <br /> Diane Horetos explained this is a Chapter 91 and recommended <br /> -6- <br />
