1 <br /> 1 / Town <br /> r <br /> • y <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> N Mashpee,Massachusetts 02649 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 12, Doles and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 13 1, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> May 16, 2002 at 7:20 p.m. on the application of Henry Rhodes for removing and replacing <br /> vegetation at 47 Redwood Circle, assessors reap 2 , blocks 98 and 99. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be earnined at the office of the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission between the hours of 8:30 and 3:301, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight.(48) hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
