Town of Mashpee <br /> yr _ <br /> 16 <br /> Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee,Massachusetts 02649 <br /> ' a <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 131, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Daus,, a public hearing will be held at the 1 ashpee 'down Hall on <br /> May 30, 2002 at 7:15 p.m. on the application of Stephen Hughes to amend the order-of <br /> Conditions for SE 43-1798 for a stone retaining wall at 26 Quaker Run, assessors map 83 <br /> block 213 & 1 . <br /> in accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the M shpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice e o Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission between the hours of :30 and 3:30, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, Will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Ma hpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Tu* nes. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight 8 hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this 'application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
