r <br /> �if•+ `*R*; f Town Mashpee <br /> ';1 <br /> . 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> TM.A,..__.. <br /> Alfashpee,Allassachusetts 02649 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 13 1 Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Torn Hall on <br /> June 1 3, 2002 at 7:00 p.m. on the application of Scott Taylor for a. douse addition, septic <br /> system, retaining wall, relocation of underground utilities and dfiveway reconstruction at <br /> 139 Popponesset Island Road, assessors map 11 ; block 16. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J_ Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission between the hours of 8:30 and3:301, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at- <br /> least fire 5 days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod 'dimes. Notice will <br /> also be posted in 'down Hall not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the wetlands Protection Act.
